Why do you do it?

  1. Wow! ... those are the highest numbers I've ever seen you post, that I can recall.

    I love what you wrote too. Reminds me of how I felt on my weight loss journey. I was 37 and couldn't get back what I had lost - time, life, opportunities, skin without stretch marks :-) - but I could make a difference in my future, give myself hope, feel good about myself today and maybe tomorrow too.

    I love you. You are so amazing.

  2. Yep ... I did 4 minutes at the 4.0 mph mark and got the heart rate into cardio. But I still need to lose weight before I do that for too long as I know I will blow my knees out.
