I was so proud to get into my size 9/10 jeans my love. And I'm still in them ... but they feel tight. I think I lost my healthy eating groove almost 2 months ago; the Halloween candy really seemed to kick off the feeding frenzy. Will you join me in a new year's challenge to get back to proper, healthy eating? For me, that means limiting sugars, simple carbohydrates, and food that doesn't remember where it came from. I am going to start over on the Losing It blog: http://www.chron.com/channel/momhouston/commons/losingit.html . I will weigh in on Wednesday to start the year and get back in the habit of doing that every Wednesday, as well as putting my weight in my Excel-file tracker.
What about you? Want to start eating what we know is good and resist the stuff we know isn't going to help us?
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." – Buddha
I hope the swelling is going down, my love.
