Welcome September

Tuesday....Dr. Massey. "Don't stress you just have some serious inflammation in the muscles down from just below the kidneys all the way to your hips....steroids, muscle relaxer and heat pad is what you need. That and 2-6 weeks." Well I am not stopping exercising for 2 to 6 weeks that is insane. I will take tonight off and then just stretch really well and start slowly and carefully tomorrow. Hello September....what are you going to be....and inflammation in the world of today or a gentle stretch into the fall.

I say gentle stretch.
