Quick Note


Me after talking a little walk


What is that- 1.45 miles and 432.8 calories in 30 min. I am happy with that!


OK I never was good at multitasking :)


That was really needed. I am so looking forward to next week. I get a partner on Monday nights at the gym. Mr. Green .... who is going to be my trainer in a sense and get a program of mixing walking and weights. Yeah! That makes me a happy man.
