Eating well?
Breakfast...well I fasted (tsk tsk); Lunch - (you see above) I had a sirloin steak from central market that the butcher had already cut in half for me and I cooked the with cracked pepper and sea salt, then served it with a baby green herb salad and walnuts; Dinner - chipotle and lime grilled chicken breast, same salad as lunch, strawberries and raspberries with a scone.
