Today

Breakfast -- diet coke, hash browns and egg sandwich.
Snack -- rice krispies treat
Lunch -- late orange, reduced fat triscuits, NF cream cheese and ham.
Dinner -- salad made by my brother - broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots - three types - iceburg, chicken, egg and lowfat mozzarella.
