Breakfast -- I was fasting for blood work.
Early Lunch -- grilled salmon open faced sandwich, whole wheat, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, lots of dark leaf lettuce.
Snack -- Hard boiled organic egg and walnuts
Dinner -- Salmon with almond chive topping, roasted broccoli and peas.

I thought I was done with Salmon for the week but I went to Fuddruckers to have a burger and give myself a treat but I could not do it when I saw they had a salmon burger on the menu. I was going to grab a salad for dinner but ran out of time and so was going to grab one at the cafeteria but saw they had this topped salmon and said heck yes. But now I have half a salmon in the fridge at home that I was going to eat tomorrow and I wonder am I salmon'd out?
