




Breakfast -- fasted and gave blood. Got a sausage biscuit from Whataburger and could not eat it. I guess all this good stuff has made that seem - ugh.
Snack - green tea, 32 oz water
Lunch -- romaine, croutons, 3 slices of chicken breast and a sprinkling of Parmesan, blueberries, GoodBelly and tea.
Snack -- finished blueberries and 32 oz water.
Dinner -- indulgence at Edohana - with Sarah. Tuna roll, California roll, green hulk roll and temptation roll. There was take home. (crab, crayfish, avocado, shrimp tempura)
