Melon, strawberries, cherries and Green Machine are a nice healthy purge for dinner. Love all the foods I had for the weekend but it was much to much of what I should not have. So now I get to clean the system.
Walking today was harder than norm....I was sore yesterday and I had the start of a shin splint but that is OK. That type of pain reminds you that you are living and breathing.

Sorry - you need to speak up I can make a sacrifice for a few days if that is what it takes to keep you on track. I never want to be the cause for you to have to reboot and feel like you have to start over after we leave.

ReplyDeleteAlthough I will say this. DO NOT place chips and good salsa anywhere near me. Instead place salsa and carrots/celery or spoon. Now a spoon and good salsa will do me fine.
Every adventure can lead to a reboot and I am the one who chooses my destiny. A reboot is good. A reboot was coming anyhow. Now after today....I really need a boot...I mean reboot. :)
