Building back
Thursday, last week, I tripped up my ankle something bad. Hobbled on Friday but by Saturday was able to take a nice stroll around the Japanese gardens here with my love.
So the Sunday and Monday took it easy at the gym. Slowly building back up. 2.8 mile pace today and feeling better.
By the way I am really liking the gym after 10 pm. Choice of machines, less people to have to interact with. Come home, have a yogurt with some fiber one cereal in it, relax for a while an hour and then crash.
