Monday

Treadmill was the easy part today. It was the weights that caused me problems. Felt like my shoulders were falling apart. But by the end it was a good release. Too much tension at work just tightens everything up. I am glad that I have a little break thur-sun this week. :)

  1. i am so amazed at you for sticking to this routine, well done, regardless of how you are feeling... you still do this. hats off my friend, and here i am can't even get enough energy to go for a morning walk..ughhhh

  2. Thank you. I kind of have to though. My motivation is having looked at death twice in one month (tough subject for you I know) at the beginning of the year I had to change the lifestyle I had in hopes that I can enjoy this life a little bit longer. Selfish on my part - heck yeah. But it is what it is.
