

Breakfast -- running so behind. Got a scoop of scrambled eggs and three slices of burnt bacon at cafe (tsk tsk).
Lunch -- vegetarian marsala, broccoli and cauliflower, 100 cal ranch,raspberries, GoodBelly and 32 oz of water.
Snack -- Black/Green tea.
Dinner -- that is half a foot long roast beef sub, whole wheat, no dressing, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers and tomatoes, added skim mozzarella at home, bag of baked lays, orange and double green tea.
