Rough day of eats

Too muchNeeded that

Breakfast -- running so behind. Got a scoop of scrambled eggs and three slices of burnt bacon at cafe (tsk tsk).
Lunch -- vegetarian marsala, broccoli and cauliflower, 100 cal ranch,raspberries, GoodBelly and 32 oz of water.
Snack -- Black/Green tea.
Dinner -- that is half a foot long roast beef sub, whole wheat, no dressing, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers and tomatoes, added skim mozzarella at home, bag of baked lays, orange and double green tea.

Found out after the fact that the lunch was too big for me. The raspberries should have been pushed off as a snack....took a good two hours to eat them. Learn and live - right
