

Breakfast --
Lunch -- Trio of salads, chicken salad, fruit salad, pasta salad with mozarella, croutons, Super Shot and green tea with pomegranate.
Dinner -- other half of sub from yesterday, broccoli, cauliflower, 100 cal pac lite ranch, orange and green tea.
Drinking lots of water as I have to fast now til after blood work in morning.
