Eats :(

Breakfast -- orange, water.
Snack -- sunflower seeds, walnuts.
Lunch -- chicken with pineapple/mango/peach salsa, caramelized onions and Brussels sprouts.
Dinner -- here I digressed -- taco salad with steak (not much), re-fried beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese (bad but not much). I realized too late that I had eaten half of the taco shell.

Ugh...I digress and that annoyed me. I was tired and I slipped. It was not a good thing but I realized that and can correct it.
