Being good

Breakfast -- omelet with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes.
Snack -- oops busy day
Lunch -- spinach, cabbage and tuna in a spinach wrap (half size)
Snack - walnuts
Dinner -- beef, garlic and snow pea stir fry, dark leaf salad and broccoli. GoodBelly.
