may I be I is the only prayer - not may I be great or good or beautiful or wise or strong. ~e.e. cummings

April is leaving, but May is coming!

26 days of blogging along here. Has it been that long already. It seems that I am still learning so much. National Stroke Awareness month starts in just a few but I am sure that will be overshadowed by the looming global flu situation. But most of us will keep on going. Keep on blogging; keep on learning; keep on repairing the body, the mind and the soul; keep on passing what it what on to you.

I know at the beginning of this I signed up for magazines and articles from the National Stroke Awareness site but they have yet to come in. I go an see my neurologist again on Saturday morning bright and early. So maybe I will have more.

My dietitian wants me to keep on the strict low glycemic diet I have been on. She is very happy with my progress and is overjoyed that I wanted to see her again after this last free visit. I am happy with my progress and know that I am entering into a new way of living. Now if the rain would stop pouring down I could go out and walk some more in the fresh air.

It is nice to have you all around and for that I am grateful.

More later.

Philip
